GreatWave Engineering warrants all of our products to be free of material or workmanship defects for a period of 1 year. If a material or workmanship defect is found within this period, the product will be replaced at GreatWave Engineering’s expense.
How To Return An Item
Incorrect or damaged products may be returned for credit or replacement if you notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Your item must be in its original unused condition and in it’s original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase following the procedure listed below.
1. Request Return
Please contact GreatWave Engineering, [email protected], to explain the problem and receive authorization to return. You’ll be asked to provide some evidence of the defect.
If the item is damaged or was not what was ordered, GreatWave will send you a return label.
Return Exceptions
Items that were shipped correctly, but you’ve decided you don’t want that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. You can return these items for exchange or refund if unused. There may be a charge for the difference in price and you will be responsible for shipping.
Credit Card Refunds
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that the merchandise was purchased on.
