GreatWave Engineering warrants all of our products to be free of material or workmanship defects for a period of 1 year. If a material or workmanship defect is found within this period, the product will be replaced or repaired at GreatWave Engineering’s option.
How To Return An Item
Incorrect or damaged products may be returned for credit or replacement if you notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Your item must be in its original unused condition and in it’s original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase following the procedure listed below.
1. Submit RMA Request

If the item is eligible for return we will assign you an RMA number by return email.
2. Ship your returned item to:

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Include in your package the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been used or altered or if the original receipt is not available will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Credit Card Refunds
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that the merchandise was purchased on.
All check purchases will be refunded within 14 days after the original check has cleared (refund check issued). An additional 5 days may be required for the refund check to reach you.
If an item was ordered in error, you may exchange for the correct item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
