Description

The Brick was developed specifically for marine coral tanks, but this filter media should also work well in fresh or salt water sumps as well. Each Brick measures 8 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ x 1 7/8″ (209.55 mm x 95.25mm x 47.62mm) and weighs approximately 1.2 kgs (2.6 lbs).

The Brick is made from the same high-quality glass used in our Ultra and Mini media. It is fired at a higher temperature to enhance strength and long-term durability.

Each Brick is formed with three through holes and a castellated upper surface to increase the outer surface area and improve water flow through and around the media.  There are also six holes on the top of the Brick to accept Frag Plugs.
